What is FMC standard?
The FMC standard, or FPGA Mezzanine Card standard, is an ANSI-approved interface specification designed for FPGA modules. It aims to enhance modular design flexibility and interoperability, featuring standardized form factors, connectors, and interfaces for high-performance computing, communications, and data processing applications. The standard supports up to 10 Gb/s signal transmission rates and defines both single-width and double-width module sizes, accommodating various I/O and bandwidth requirements.
